The Caterpillars of this species feed on:

  • She-Oak ( Casuarina, CASUARINACAE ).

    The Caterpillar pupates in a cocoon covered in bits of bark, on the trunk of a food tree.

    The adult is brown, with zig-zag markings on each forewing. The moth has a wingspan of about 5 cms.

    The species is found over in eastern Australia, including:

  • New South Wales, and
  • Queensland.
