History
The Haberfield Association was created in 1980 as a result of increased public awareness, of the need to maintain Haberfield's special architectural and Garden Suburb character.

Aims of The Haberfield Association
- To promote civic pride in our Federation Garden Suburb;
- To encourage awareness of the historical importance of Haberfield;
- To maintain appreciation of the social development of the area;
- To record and publish information about the suburb;
- To cultivate a greater sense of community in Haberfield;
- To assist individuals and organisations who help these aims.

- News updates on current local issues;
- Priority booking and concession prices to house inspections, historical and garden walks, talks on the matters of local interest;
- A Newsletter once every two months to keep informed of the Association's activities and local events and issues.

Projects
The Haberfield Association is presently involved with some current projects which deals with various activities and issues in Haberfield. It has also successfully completed many recent projects.
