Cremnophora angasii

The Caterpillars of this species have been found feeding on :

  • Mallee Blue-flower ( Halgania cyanea, BORAGINACEAE ).

    The adult moths of this species are dark brown, with a large white question mark and some white spots on each forewing. The forewings each have a row of golden spots along the margin, and the hindwings each have a plain white margin. The moths have a wingspan of about 3 cms.

    The species is found across the southern half of Australia.
