The caterpillars of this species are pale green. They are pests on:
The caterpillars feed initially by skeletonising the leaves. Later instars fold the leaves and web them together. The caterpillars grow to a length of about 7 mms.
The adult moths have dark brown forewings each with a white bar across them, and pale brown hindwings
