These Caterpillars have been found in Queensland on :

  • Red Ash ( Alphitonia excelsa, RHAMNACEAE ).

    The adult moth has a fringe of hairs around the edge of each wing. The fore wings are shiny white a pair of gold chevrons on each wing, and a black dot on each wing tip. Its wingspan is about 0.5 cms.
