These Caterpillars probably feed on :

  • Guinea Flower ( Hibbertia, DILLENIACEAE ).

    The adult moths have wings are usually bright ochreous-yellow. Each forewing has a dark discal dot, and a dark median band. The moths have a wingspan of about 3 cms.

    The species occurs in New Zealand, and the southern half of Australia including Tasmania, from Queensland across to Western Australia.
