These clever little Caterpillars eat only the undersides of the leaves of their foodplant, which is :
The adult moths, like many in this subfamily (EPIPLEMINAE) often exhibit interesting resting postures. This one has its forewings rolled up and stuck out from the body, and the hindwings rolled around the abdomen.
The species occurs in the Northern Territory, Queensland, and New South Wales.
